1. Who we are
This Travel Toon booth experience is operated by Kenaz Co., Ltd. (pending confirmation), registered at [케나즈 영문 사업장 주소 수신 대기]. Data collection and processing are handled solely by Kenaz.This Travel Toon service is developed and operated by SecondBoost Co., Ltd. (Seoul, South Korea) acting as a data processor on behalf of Kenaz under GDPR Art. 28.
2. What we collect
Up to 4 photos you upload at the booth.
One short text answer about how today felt.
Optional: your email address, if you ask us to email the result, or if you tick the marketing opt-in box.
Optional: a star rating and a one-line comment.
3. Why we process it
We use your photos and your answer to create a 4-cut webtoon and then show, download, or email it to you. The optional email is used only for the purpose you chose (one-time delivery, or ongoing updates if you opted in).Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@kenaz.kr.
4. Where it goes
Photos and generated images are stored on Supabase servers in South Korea. AI generation runs on Replicate and OpenAI in the United States. Email delivery (if you request it) is handled by a transactional email provider. All processors act on our behalf under Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Chapter V).
5. How long we keep it
All photos, generated images, and uploaded email addresses are deleted within 30 days after the event, except for email addresses where you explicitly opted in to marketing updates. The 30-day window is used only to handle re-send requests, support questions, and the event retrospective.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@kenaz.kr. You may also file a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for visitors in Germany: the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz of your federal state).
7. Children
This service is intended for visitors 16 years or older. Younger visitors should be accompanied by a parent who can give consent on their behalf.
8. Changes
We may update this notice for clarity or compliance. The "Last updated" date above will show the most recent version.
